Product Returns / RMA
All products returned to Rabbit Semiconductor
need to reference a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
To receive an RMA number, have the product part number and serial or lot
number-and the reason for the return-and contact our Customer Service
Department by one of the following:
- Call

- Complete and submit our online RMA form. (See below)
Acquire a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number Online.
Please select the condition under which you are returning product
and submit the subsequent form. Once we receive your information,
a Customer Service representative will contact you and provide you
with an RMA number.
- 30-Day Return Policy
- Choose this option only if you need to return product under conditions
of our 30-day return policy.
Product returned under this policy must be unmodified and in its original
packaging.
- Limited Warranty or Repair
- Choose this option if you need to return product for repair under the conditions
of our limited warranty. Our
Technical Support group may contact you to verify failure conditions.
